These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of MigraCue ("the app"), a migraine and headache tracking app developed by Mahmoud Shaaban ("we", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Important: MigraCue is a wellness and informational tool — not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or predict any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

1. Medical Disclaimer

The content, insights, charts, and AI-generated observations in the app are for informational and self-tracking purposes only. They are not medical advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; while the app supports private iCloud sync and data export, we are not responsible for data loss.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of insights. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any health decisions made in reliance on the app. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
