By downloading or using Censo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Censo is a subscription and bill tracking app for iOS. It helps you monitor recurring payments, get renewal reminders, and manage your spending. Censo does not access your bank accounts or make payments on your behalf.

2. Account

You may optionally create an account using Sign in with Apple to enable Cloud Sync. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You may use Censo on up to 2 devices per account.

3. In-App Purchases

Censo Pro (Lifetime) is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all premium features forever. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

4. Free Tier Limitations

• Maximum 2 subscriptions/bills
• No import features (CSV, screenshot, email, PDF, App Store)
• No export features
• No widgets
• No cloud sync

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Circumvent the in-app purchase system or entitlement checks
• Use the app on jailbroken or modified devices
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

6. Data Accuracy

Censo relies on data you enter or import. We do not guarantee the accuracy of imported data from screenshots, PDFs, emails, or CSV files. Always verify your subscription details.

7. Disclaimer

Censo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not a financial advisor. The app does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Savings scores and spending insights are estimates for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Censo and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed renewal dates, incorrect spending calculations, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
