Censo ("we", "our", "the app") is a subscription and bill tracking app developed by Mahmoud Shaaban. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Local storage (default): All subscription data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework, protected by iOS Data Protection.
iCloud Sync (optional): If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is synced via Apple's CloudKit to your private iCloud container. Apple manages encryption and access.
Cloud Sync (optional): If you sign in with Apple and enable Cloud Sync, your subscription data is synced to our servers hosted on Supabase (AWS infrastructure). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Only you can access your data via row-level security policies.
We use TelemetryDeck for privacy-friendly analytics. TelemetryDeck does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track users across apps. We receive only aggregate, anonymous usage statistics (e.g., which features are popular, crash-free rates). No IP addresses or device identifiers are stored.
Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store and managed through RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment information. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous app user ID to manage entitlements. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Your data is stored as long as you use the app. If you delete the app, local data is removed. If you use Cloud Sync, you can delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes all server-side data.
Censo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
